The Implementation Lead is responsible for managing key clients in the healthcare sector, ensuring smooth implementation of software solutions, and providing process consulting to clients.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in healthcare projects.
• Experience in Prince2 or similar methodologies.
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking.
• Willingness to work in complex project structures.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
• High initiative and responsibility.
• Ability to build relationships with key account clients.
• Willingness to travel within Germany (50%).
• Very good German and good English skills.
