Implementation Lead - Remote

Overview

The implementation Lead is responsible for scoping, leading and ensuring the success of Advantmed implementations across all products and services, while ensuring customer satisfaction and overall business success.

In Short

• Manage complex healthcare implementations including requirements gathering, developing scope, scheduling prioritization, and managing risk.
• Lead an implementation team consisting of both internal and external customers.
• Define goals, tasks and resources needed to complete the implementations for the Advantmed product suite.
• Conduct status meetings with internal and external stakeholders to review project status and resolve issues.
• Manage and track all resources and activities to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
• Identify potential risks and develop solutions.
• Implement change management to minimize impact on overall implementation and Go Live.
• Monitor and report on project status to keep stakeholders informed.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement and strategic products, when required.
