Overview

The Contact Center Representative for the IHA Scheduling Team will handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule health assessment visits while providing excellent customer service.

In Short

Requirements

  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • 2+ years of call center experience
  • Experience in outbound sales is a plus
  • Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
  • Good time management and multitasking abilities
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and provide solutions
  • Proficiency in using software and databases
  • Understanding of call center metrics
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures
