As we expand across Oklahoma, Florida, Texas, and into new states, we’re looking for team members who are committed to supporting our clients, riders, and drivers, helping them get to critical medical appointments safely and reliably. In Short

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday with Saturday rotation 1:30 pm - 10:30 pm, central time zone.
  • A front row seat at a fast-paced start up experiencing explosive growth.

  • Compensation: $15 per hour with $1 shift differential from 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm, central time zone.
  • 100% Remote.

Requirements

  • 1-3 year's experience in Contact Center environment.
  • Ability to read, speak, and hear English.
  • Exceptional attendance is a requirement to fulfill role expectations.
  • High speed internet access.
  • Access to a quiet and dedicated workspace.
  • Minimum typing speed 30 WPM.
