Overview

As a Contact Center Representative at Verisys, you will be the first impression of our organization, setting the tone for the client experience with high standards and integrity.

In Short

  • Provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Educate and assist customers and healthcare providers with Verisys services.
  • Maintain high-performance metrics around quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Make sound decisions while keeping customer and company interests in mind.
  • Work independently to ensure fantastic service.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Respond promptly to incoming requests.
  • Work a 4/10 shift with Fridays off.
  • Must have 5G high-speed internet.

Requirements

  • Ability to create the best customer experience possible.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy towards customer concerns.
  • Ability to meet strict attendance guidelines.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Highly organized with multitasking abilities.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in healthcare or call center preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
