Overview

The Help Desk Technician will diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth technology operations for employees in a hybrid work environment.

In Short

  • Provide L2/L3 technical support for users and IT infrastructure.
  • Respond to queries via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services.
  • Monitor firewalls and manage VPNs.
  • Install and configure Windows/Linux OS.
  • Troubleshoot hardware failures and coordinate repairs.
  • Maintain antivirus solutions across all endpoints.
  • Handle support tickets and maintain issue logs.
  • Communicate with IT vendors and escalate ISP issues.
  • Good understanding of AWS core services preferred.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Windows OS/Windows Server.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policies.
  • Working knowledge of AWS services.
  • Understanding of CI/CD tools.
  • Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell/Bash).
  • Awareness of IT security and user access control.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
