Overview

The IT Help Desk Technician assists in managing our ticketing system, MDM software, and AWS platform while overseeing the onboarding and offboarding IT activities associated with employee profiles.

In Short

  • Research end user issues independently and document solutions.
  • Develop MDM automation for user onboarding.
  • Identify and manage user systems via MDM Software.
  • Responsible for onboarding/offboarding IT activities.
  • Create Exchange rules for spam/phishing emails.
  • Collaborate with IT Engineering for email filtering improvements.
  • Respond to user requests via ticketing system/phone calls/IM.
  • Assist users with access/system issues.
  • Write and update documentation for user reference.
  • Participate in Help Desk OnCall schedule.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a Help Desk role.
  • Customer-oriented approach to problem resolution.
  • Experience supporting Mac hardware/OSX.
  • Experience supporting remote users.
  • Experience with Jira Service Desk or similar.
  • Experience with Office 365 suite.
