Overview

This remote role involves supporting a healthcare program by scheduling appointments and assisting Spanish-speaking members.

In Short

• Make outbound calls to schedule and confirm appointments.
• Handle inbound calls from members, primarily in Spanish.
• Document all interactions in the scheduling system.
• Follow up with members regarding missed appointments.
• Ensure clear next steps for members after each call.
• Flag urgent issues to supervisors promptly.

Requirements

• Experience in scheduling, customer service, or call center.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with CRMs or scheduling tools.
• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Able to work PST hours from Puerto Rico with flexibility.
