Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with computer and telecommunications technologies.
  • Preferred: Experience with performance metrics.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Lean methodology for problem-solving.
