The Standard is seeking a Contact Center Representative I to provide personalized service and support to members, enhancing their experience with our products.

In Short

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center.

  • Experience with performance metrics preferred.
  • Integrity in communication and service delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask during calls.
  • Initiative in improving overall satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage escalations professionally.
