Overview

As an Attorney in our Asset Management Group Transactional Legal Team, you’ll play a key role in the continued success of The Standard’s Asset Management Group, providing legal support to business clients and ensuring compliant retirement plan designs and strategies.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership required.
• Minimum of two years of relevant legal experience.
• Understanding of the retirement plans industry.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to provide clear legal advice.
• Experience in group annuity/insurance product development is a plus.
• Ability to assess and communicate risk.
• Willingness to learn new skills and accept feedback.
• Demonstrated history of customer focus.
• Ability to think innovatively and solve problems.
