Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
• At least 6 years of experience in group employee benefits.
• 2-3 years of experience in RFP/RFI/Procurement processes.
• 2 years of stakeholder management experience preferred.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
