Overview

The Supplemental Claims Examiner is responsible for adjudicating and processing claims related to supplemental insurance products, ensuring compliance with policies while providing excellent customer service.

In Short

  • Review and approve claims and payments accurately and timely.

  • Manage the full payment lifecycle from authorizations to resolution.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in claims submission or processing.
  • Experience with supplemental insurance claims preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Familiarity with claims management and customer service.
  • Ability to handle complex claim issues.
