  • Responsible for top line premium growth and producer recruiting in Indiana.
  • Work with brokers, consultants, and agents to ensure profitable growth.
  • Consult and educate partners on voluntary group and life insurance products.
  • Develop new consulting relationships to acquire new clients.
  • Analyze markets and formulate recruiting and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal partners.
  • Travel 3 days a week within the defined territory.
  • Proven sales track record required.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Support corporate strategy implementation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in voluntary or employee benefits.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Life & health licensing required.
  • Established broker network in Indiana is necessary.
  • Ability to travel 3 days per week is required.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Customer-focused with a consultative approach.
  • Goal-oriented with a growth mindset.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
