Overview

The Senior Change Manager will establish partnerships with business leaders and refine The Standard’s change management methodology, focusing on delivering customer value through effective change strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 7-10 years of change management experience.
  • CCMP, Kotter, 7-S, Prosci or ADKAR certification required.
  • Consulting capabilities preferred.
  • Agile and Lean experience preferred.
  • Actuary experience preferred.
  • Industry experience preferred.
  • Strong customer focus and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Curiosity and openness to new ideas.
