Overview

The Product Compliance Analyst at The Standard will research and ensure compliance with health, disability, and life insurance laws while providing product expertise across various business units.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in compliance or insurance.
• Knowledge of life and supplemental health insurance.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

• Ability to work across departments.
• Experience with policy filing processes.
• Analytical and research capabilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience in process improvement.
• Ability to handle objections from insurance departments.
