Overview

We are seeking a Product Compliance Business Analyst to join our Compliance Department, focusing on ensuring our software aligns with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal compliance policies.

In Short

• Analyze and document business requirements related to compliance in mortgage servicing software.
• Work with stakeholders to define and refine compliance workflows within the product.
• Support compliance-driven enhancements for product features.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to integrate compliance considerations.
• Act as a bridge between mortgage servicing operations and product development.
• Develop and maintain compliance reports and dashboards.
• Support Sagent’s ability to track and respond to regulatory changes.
• Utilize knowledge of mortgage servicing regulations to support product development.
• Participate in user acceptance testing for compliance-related updates.
• Document and maintain compliance policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Regulatory Compliance, or relevant discipline.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in a related field.
• Expertise in product compliance within the financial or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Ability to provide guidance on compliance matters.
• Knowledge of governance, risk activities, and physical security systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
