Overview

The Director of Engineering is accountable for the functions of planning, execution, and support of one or more software delivery teams and/or products, focusing on operational excellence and customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Knowledge of CI/CD and agile methodologies.
• Experience with cloud solutions (Azure preferred).
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Familiarity with financial services industry preferred.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships.
• Understanding of software delivery and operational governance.
