Overview

As Director, Engineering, you will lead and manage a team of engineers to design and implement innovative DER solutions, fostering a culture of health, wellness, and work-life balance.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of power systems engineering and design.
• Experience in program and project management.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• 5+ years of engineering experience managing teams and projects.
• Registered with the Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO).
• PMI PMP designation is an asset.
• Understanding of North American electricity markets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the US and Canada.
