The Benefits Consultant is responsible for ongoing customer strategy, service, and retention, ensuring high-quality benefit consulting services and exceptional customer results.

• Manage a book of business and ensure customer success.
• Lead the execution of Bennie’s consulting model.
• Develop and execute annual customer account plans.

• Support Senior Benefit Consultants in driving results.

Requirements

• 3 years of benefit consulting experience or 5 years of account management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Life & Health Producer’s License.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
