The Benefits Technology Consultant is responsible for providing expertise in HR/Benefits technology platforms to advise in vendor evaluations and ensure the platform’s configuration best delivers services needed.

• Partner with Benefits Consultants to evaluate needs and recommend vendor solutions.
• Stay up to date with technologies and provide updates on new features.
• Assist clients with identifying potential platform partners.
• Assist with platform configuration.
• Complete system audits to ensure configuration accuracy.
• Resolve complex issues related to plan configuration.
• Ensure EDI and API connections are established.
• Maintain regular touch points with top partners.
• Document service and processes.
• Identify and own miscellaneous projects for service efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• 2+ years of experience in benefits administration and HRIS technology.
