Overview

The Customer Experience Manager (CEM) is responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention by leading and delivering an exceptional service experience for an assigned book of business.

In Short

  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary service relationship owner for assigned customers.
  • Support development and delivery of key benefit strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with customers and external partners.
  • Lead customer open enrollment presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Manage service relationship strategy for assigned customers.
  • Support execution of annual customer account plans.
  • Work collaboratively with consulting delivery team.

Requirements

  • 3 years of benefit account management experience.
  • Knowledge in benefits and renewal workflow management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Life & Health Producer’s License.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
