Overview

The Customer Experience Manager is a key role within the Customer Success organization at Rubrik, responsible for driving the post-sales journey for Enterprise Accounts, maximizing ROI, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Deliver Root Cause Analysis on customer issues.
  • Coordinate the entire customer lifecycle including onboarding and renewals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a computer-related discipline preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in customer experience or account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in escalation management and proactive account management.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and data management.
  • Proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to travel as needed for customer engagements.
  • Willingness to work outside standard hours when necessary.
  • Self-driven and a team player.
