Overview

As a Manager within the Customer Success Engineering team, you will lead a group of Customer Success Engineers to enhance customer satisfaction and success with Palo Alto Networks' cybersecurity solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success Engineering or related fields.
  • 3+ years in a people management role.
  • Strong consulting and project management skills.
  • Technical experience in networking or cybersecurity.
  • Public cloud experience is a plus.
  • Proven success in managing customer escalations.
  • Ability to work with various technical levels.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Must be able to travel up to 30%.
