Overview

The Manager, Customer Experience, is responsible for maximizing the value of the SaaS platform across the organization, serving as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

In Short

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap reflecting priorities and timelines for delivery.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring visibility and prioritization.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business units, end users, and the development team.
  • Guide Agile feature teams through sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Business Analysts.
  • Analyze platform usage to identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Stay current with product releases and recommend relevant features.
  • Willingness to travel 25% for stakeholder engagement.
  • Remote work is supported with an emphasis on virtual collaboration.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS Product Ownership or business analysis.
  • Willingness to own Salesforce Service Cloud and support other Salesforce capabilities.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience managing direct reports or leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
