  • Experience with Shopify and customer management platforms.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Passion for the beauty industry is a plus.
  • Curiosity and innovation in improving processes.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer service.
  • Experience in a startup environment is a bonus.
