Requirements

• Experience in consulting, operations, strategy, and/or people management.
• High emotional intelligence and discretion.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and drive accountability.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
• Curiosity and innovation in improving products and processes.
• A self-starter and team player.
• Experience with scented products is a plus.
