Chief of Staff - Remote

Overview

Our client is seeking a high-caliber Chief of Staff to work directly with the founder/CEO to scale their early-stage GTM engine, streamline operations, and drive strategic initiatives across the company.

In Short

• Drive strategic and operational projects end-to-end.
• Manage internal business operations including goal tracking and hiring operations.
• Run critical meetings and act as a sounding board for the CEO.
• Support sales, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.

• Be analytical and comfortable with Excel.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in high-performance environments.
• Experience in early-stage VC-backed startups.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in modern tech tools and async communication platforms.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into clarity.
• Familiarity with the GTM tech landscape.
• Comfort with numbers and basic modeling skills.
• Experience in Growth, Ops, Product, or BizOps roles.
• Strong interest in company building.
• Ability to take on responsibilities beyond traditional roles.
