As the Customer and Retention Marketing Manager at Snif, you will play a major role in fostering customer loyalty and community through various marketing initiatives, including email and SMS marketing, subscriptions, and loyalty programs.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in marketing or a high-growth role.
• Experience in email and SMS marketing programs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and project management skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and be a self-starter.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
• Experience with Klaviyo and Postscript is preferred.
• Passion for customer loyalty and retention marketing.
