Overview

The Account Executive role at Bennie focuses on finding and selling net new clients to our brokerage book of business in the West Coast region, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

In Short

  • Outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, phone, etc.
  • Target specific-sized companies by various means
  • Build and nurture business relationships
  • Prepare and present Marketing, Analysis, and Recommendations
  • Conduct product demonstrations
  • Attend Finalist Meetings with the Bennie Team and Prospects/Customers
  • Perform outbound activities to build a revenue pipeline
  • Qualify inbound leads
  • Target key decision makers
  • Manage information/data/metrics in Salesforce CRM
  • Network with Market influencers and other partners

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of sales experience
  • Experience in the benefits market
  • Licensed in Life and Health Insurance (or willing to get licensed)
  • Proven experience in forecasting and hitting revenue targets
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong work ethic and integrity
  • Adaptability to new initiatives
  • CRM Experience
