In Short

  • Seeking a hunter with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Responsible for hunting leads within a given territory.
  • Maintain a weighted pipeline of 3x revenue.
  • Demonstrate consistent and effective hunting behaviors.
  • Develop detailed plans for meeting and exceeding quotas.
  • Follow up on leads provided by marketing daily.
  • Attend industry conferences to meet potential customers.
  • Ensure smooth transition for new customers to the implementation team.
  • Maintain account activity data in Salesforce.
  • Provide weekly updates to the sales manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degrees (preferred, but not required).
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a software sales position.
  • Track record of over-achievement in previous roles.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM solutions.
  • Expertise in MS Office Suite.
  • Required travel of roughly 5%.

Benefits

  • Base salary of 60k with annual OTE of 100k.
