Account Manager - Remote

Overview

The Account Manager is responsible for driving customer retention, revenue expansion, and long-term account health within an assigned book of business. This role focuses on maximizing customer value by proactively managing renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring clients fully adopt and realize value from Arbiters' platform.

In Short

• Drive Customer Retention & Expansion
• Own the renewal process for assigned accounts
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Guide clients for successful product adoption
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Assist with high-priority requests and issue escalations
• Track key account metrics related to retention
• Develop and maintain deep product knowledge
• Manage daily client communications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of two years experience as a SaaS Account Manager
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to maintain client revenue base
• Excellent listening and presentation skills
• Cellphone or personal device for MFA
• Minimum internet speed of 10Mbps
