Overview

TraceAir is a construction SaaS startup that provides data analytics to construction teams to help them better manage their job sites. We currently work with top land developers, home builders, contractors, and engineers across the US and Canada.

In Short

  • Drive revenue growth through expanding existing customer accounts.
  • Work with AEs and cross-functional ABM teams to create strategic growth plans.
  • Collaborate with CSMs to understand account status and customer business insights.
  • Resolve customer issues related to contracting, delivery, and billing.
  • Conduct product demos and customer training to promote account growth.
  • Manage the Change Order sales process and renewals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve product offerings based on customer feedback.
  • Achieve 100% project saturation within existing accounts.
  • Maximize revenue through upselling products.
  • Be part of a cutting-edge technology company transforming the construction industry.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in Account Management/Customer Sales.
  • Proven ability to close sales.
  • Growth mentality and adaptability in a changing environment.
  • Experience in construction or land development is a plus.
