We seek a Middle+ UX/UI Designer who thrives in working with complex, tech-heavy products across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong balance of practical product thinking, an ability to derive validated hypotheses from metrics, and proficiency in translating quantitative and qualitative insights into impactful designs.

In Short

Support design systems and collaborate in an agile/scrum environment via Asana.
Focus on improving user journeys and flows.
Craft validated hypotheses using product metrics and user data.
Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes using Figma.
Conduct basic UX research to uncover pain points and validate solutions.

Requirements

4+ years of proven experience in UX/UI design.
Strong proficiency in Figma, Asana, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Basic knowledge of UX research methodologies and tools.
English proficiency (B2 and higher).
