Overview

The Revenue Operations Analyst ensures smooth day-to-day operations for Sales and Marketing by providing fast, reliable technical and operational support across key systems.

In Short

• Act as the first line of support for Sales and Marketing teams.
• Resolve issues across the RevTech stack (Salesforce, CPQ, Gong, Hubspot).
• Create records upon request while maintaining proper data structure.
• Build ad-hoc Salesforce, HubSpot, and Tableau reports.
• Assist the team with operational tasks, including data validation and cleanup.
• Take ownership of requests, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
• Work to support US teams across various time zones.
• Strong written and spoken English is required.
• Experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations is a plus.
• Working experience with Salesforce and HubSpot is preferred.
