Overview

As an Account Manager at SewerAI, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of municipal, contractor, and engineering customers, ensuring they achieve measurable value and expand their use of our platform.

  • Ensure clients achieve measurable value, renew successfully, and expand their use of our platform.
  • Blend relationship-building, strategic account planning, and technical fluency to deliver outcomes that matter.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to drive customer success and account growth.
  • Contribute to scalable playbooks and processes that support long-term growth.
  • Own customer relationships across a book of business (SMB, mid-market, and enterprise).
  • Drive renewals by ensuring customers achieve outcomes tied to SewerAI’s platform.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to grow accounts.
  • Build executive champions by aligning platform capabilities with customer goals.
  • Conduct QBRs and business reviews to reinforce value and uncover new use cases.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or related roles (SaaS or infrastructure strongly preferred).
  • Proven ability to drive renewals and account expansion with measurable growth.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both users and executive sponsors.
  • Strategic thinker able to assess account health and prioritize actions effectively.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments; thrives in ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation.
