Overview

The Account Manager is responsible for engaging clients, managing bids, and supporting existing accounts while also pursuing new business opportunities in the market research space.

In Short

  • Engage clients and manage the bidding process for market research projects.
  • Support existing business and identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Network within existing client contacts for new business prospects.
  • Organize client and internal kickoff calls and develop proposals.
  • Consult with clients on sample design and business issues.
  • Provide superior customer service and ensure project specifications are met.
  • Respond to client issues diplomatically and professionally.
  • Collaborate with partners and vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales and Project Managers.
  • Light travel for onsite client visits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years of professional market research experience.
  • Experience in healthcare market research is a plus.
  • Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Strong relationship building and customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid time management and organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong self-discipline.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
