Overview

The Director of Physician Recruiting will lead the recruitment process for physicians, providing guidance and support to candidates and clients while managing marketing campaigns and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience required
• Sales experience including inside and outside sales
• Consultative sales experience is a plus
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
