The Senior Qualitative Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple qualitative research studies, ensuring successful project completion while meeting client expectations.

• Manage qualitative projects through entire project life cycle.
• Facilitate screening, scheduling, and confirming respondents for various research methods.
• Setup and test surveys/screeners, monitor statistics, and manage project costs.
• Coordinate project kickoff meetings to clarify specifications and responsibilities.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment status to clients.
• Identify potential fielding concerns and partner with teams to address issues.
• Manage relationships with domestic and international vendors.
• Mentor members of the Market Research Project Management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Market Research.
• Self-motivated with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work autonomously and in a team environment.
