The Medicus Firm is hiring a Director of Physician Recruiting to lead recruitment efforts and enhance client relationships in the healthcare sector.

In Short

• Advise physician candidates and clients
• Source and screen physicians via phone and email
• Present opportunity information and respond to inquiries
• Manage the recruiting process effectively
• Drive Physician Marketing campaign efforts
• Investigate and resolve client concerns
• Maintain consistent communication and feedback
• Consult with clients throughout the recruiting process
• Prepare candidates for interviews and quote salaries
• Make recommendations to aid successful searches

Requirements

• 5+ years of Recruiting Experience
• Sales Experience (Inside, Outside, B2B, or Cold Calling)
• Consultative sales experience is a plus
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
