The Director of Recruiting will lead the recruiting team at BDR Solutions, LLC, focusing on improving recruitment processes and ensuring high-quality candidate placements for U.S. Federal Government projects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical recruiting experience
• 5 years of managing HR or recruiting staff
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience in government contracting
• In-depth knowledge of federal HR compliance
• ATS experience preferred
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure
• U.S. Citizenship required
