Requirements

• 10 years of Technical Recruitment experience.
• 5 years managing a Technical Recruitment Team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• LinkedIn Certified Recruiter Certification preferred.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong networking and business development skills.
• Understanding of recruitment trends and regulations.
• Strong communication skills.
