Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead and expand our OEM business across the U.S. This senior-level, remote position is ideal for a dynamic technical sales leader with a proven track record in managing key accounts, and building strategic partnerships, and scaling national sales operations.

In Short

  • Drive strategic growth by owning and executing the national sales strategy for OEM accounts.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance sales team.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers at Fortune 500 and strategic OEM partners.
  • Utilize technical knowledge to align solutions with customer requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce.com.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, engineering, product development, and global teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or technology; MBA is a plus.
  • Flexibility with hours for NA and Asia.
  • Technical sales background with at least 10 years of success as an Account Manager.
  • Experience selling complex hardware/software solutions to large enterprise or OEM customers.
  • Strong business acumen with P&L management experience.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and strategic communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional global teams.
  • Comfortable working remotely with up to 50% domestic travel.
