Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented National Sales Manager with a pro-active mentality to drive new business growth across the United States. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on identifying, pursuing, and closing new opportunities in a competitive, technical sales environment.

In Short

  • Chase new business by identifying, targeting, and closing new OEM and integrator accounts.
  • Drive pipeline growth through cold outreach, networking, and industry events.
  • Own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Deliver technical value by understanding customer needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and support teams.
  • Represent Videology at trade shows and conferences.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven success in technical B2B sales.
  • Ability to exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting.
  • Strong understanding of solution selling and value-based sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with 50%+ travel across the U.S.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
