Overview

The Senior Director of GTM Recruiting will lead Samsara’s efforts to identify, attract, and hire exceptional sales and sales support talent globally, supporting over 600+ hires annually. This strategic role requires a blend of strong leadership, business acumen, and expertise in designing and implementing scalable recruiting processes.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of experience in sales recruiting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing a high volume sales recruiting team.
• Strong understanding of GTM organizations and various sales methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience scaling up high performing quota-carrying teams.
• Ability to influence and partner with senior executives.
• Experience leveraging data-driven insights to drive recruiting strategy.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
