We are seeking a (Senior) GTM Recruiter to join our growing People team at Cyera, a company reinventing data security for businesses. This role involves full lifecycle recruitment for sales roles, ensuring a world-class candidate experience.

Requirements

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Understanding of the sales process and competencies for success.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
