Sales Operations Manager - Pipeline Generation - Remote

Overview

Cyera is seeking a resourceful individual with a builder mindset to be our first Sales Operations Manager focused on Pipeline Generation. This role is a key business partner to our Sales Development and Pipeline Generation organizations, helping to design, implement, and optimize the systems, tools, and processes that power our go-to-market engine.

In Short

• Serve as the primary operations partner for the Pipeline Generation Sales Development team.
• Own and optimize the Pipeline Generation Tech Stack.
• Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports.
• Drive data hygiene and accuracy across all GTM systems.
• Implement system integrations and process automations.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges with urgency and precision.
• Partner with RevOps and Sales leadership for informed decision-making.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership.
• Champion best practices for system adoption and reporting consistency.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce administration.
• Experience with Clari and dialer/email sequencing platforms.
• Familiarity with sales research and productivity tools.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
• Hands-on experience with system integrations and automation tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with a strong bias for action.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
