Overview

Cyera is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and execution-oriented Sales Engineering Operations Manager to support and scale our global Sales Engineering organization.

In Short

• Own SE Systems & Infrastructure
• Serve as the primary owner of POV Management Platforms
• Oversee SE-related analytics and tools
• Implement automations and workflow optimizations
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports
• Analyze execution metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Develop, document, and optimize SE processes
• Streamline communication across SE, Sales, and Product functions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within SE
• Contribute to scaling a high-performing SE organization

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Sales Engineering Operations
• Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce and Clari
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Track record of process design and workflow automation
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-starter with strong organizational abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field
• 4+ years of relevant experience in Sales Engineering
• Demonstrated impact on SE efficiency
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce reporting
