Engineering Operations Manager - Remote

We’re jumpapp.com! We're looking for an Operations Manager for our engineering team. You'll help define processes and help us grow as we hire new people and support the rest of the org and our customers.

• Help with unique hiring processes for the engineering team
• Support onboarding processes for trial engineers
• Assist with basic IT work for the company
• Participate in engineering standups to support the team
• Engage in a two-step interview process including a paid trial week

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with recruiting and onboarding
• Familiarity with IT support tasks
