Endpoint Engineering - Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

The Endpoint Engineering Operations Manager is responsible for leading a team of Endpoint Engineering Specialists within the Intelligent Workspace group to ensure best practice support methodologies are executed, technical experience leveraged and to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Provide technical leadership and help drive a high performance culture within the team.
• Leading automation efforts, driving improvements and efficiencies.
• Overseeing daily operations of the Endpoint Engineering team.
• Validate and assist in the maintenance of the client's risk and issues registers.
• Provide governance to all implementations and changes affecting the end user SOE environment.
• Assist with and drive the identification and implementation of shift left initiatives.
• Identify improvements/project revenue opportunities within new accounts.
• Ensure project design principals result in service improvements.

Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of supporting customers across an outsourced delivery environment.
• Excellent understanding of financials surrounding profit and loss.
• Knowledge of Hardware and Software Vendors support processes.
• Advanced End User management knowledge.
• Modern and traditional End Point Device Management Solutions.
• Microsoft Operating System Configuration & Deployment.
